My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
I felt I had a good to great experience with Grossinger and Ty Phat. My car was parked in front of my house and was totalled by a hit and run driver. I needed to buy a new car and I needed to do it fast. I contacted Grossinger and went in on a Friday to look at cars. I was first impressed that they had valet parking and the employee were very friendly and directed to the salesperson I had spoken to on the phone. He was very nice and imformative however when we started talking price he would not answer my questions directly. I had my 5 and 3 year old children with me and did not have time for the whole cat and mouse game. I really like the service I was recieving until that point. I needed to go back with my spouse on Saturday to test drive the car and talk more directly about price. I was thinking about going to another dealer because of my experience on Friday but I really liked the car. So when I went back on Saturday I was given a new sales person by the name of Ty Phat. My experience on Saturday was great. Ty was very forth coming about price and all other information. He was patient with us test driving and very compassionate when it came to talking about financing. He was polite and friendly and made the experience very nice. His Manager was also very nice and made me feel as if I was being taken care of. Also, when I finally met with the Finance Manager he was great. He was well informed about the car, the warranties that were available and also conscience of my finacial concerns. I am happy that I will be going to Grossinger for the service of my care based on the service and friendlness I experienced with Ty.

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
I had a really great experience purchasing my first car. Especially considering I went back to this dealership about 4 times over the span of about a month and a half or so, to test drive a variety of other cars, before selecting my Scion xD. I had started working with Eloi, and due to a variety of circumstance changes of when i wanted to get the car and trade in the other one, ended up picking up my new car and doing all the final paperwork with Matt. Both of the guys were great- walked thru all the steps with me and really took their time to make sure that I was happy with the experience. A big thank you to Matt for the purchase, and another to Clayton (who installed my remote start/alarm) who was very patient with me while teaching me how the new system worked. For such a huge dealership, the experience was very personal

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
Everyone was great, Brain took care of us with the business app (a little issue there but everything went well), Matt took care of the other paperwork and showed us everything (all the cars), Eloy found the cars we wanted in far less time then we expected. I can not remember the finance guys name (Rob maybe) he got me out real quick. Jay Glotzer I think that was his name gave me great advice on maintaince for the cars. They understood that it is a business I own and manage just like they do and they treated me well. On top of all that Brain and Eloy drove one of the cars to us that night. Everything went well and we are driving the cars today.

If you are looking for a car dealership where the employees are friendly, professional and ready to go that extra mile, then Grossinger is it.
After checking out two other Cadillac dealers, there was no comparison. Keith Herrera did a outstanding job of keeping me informed and locating the right vehicle for me in a timely fashion. The dreaded finance man Rudy Jones put me at ease and answered all of my many questions with a smile and showing his expertise all the while. This two guys really give it that personal touch!
Over-all, the experience was very good, and I would have no problem recommending others.

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
I wasn't planning to by a car immediately but I was visiting couple of dealers to get a car in few months. Then I stopped by Grossinger to take a look at the vehicles they have. Zuhri was so professional and convinced me to buy a Sienna for my wife and I'm very happy with my buy.Price was very reasonable and the most important thing is the confidence I can have on a reliable dealer. I had a issue with the CD Player and it was taken care in a timely manner. Deal was very smooth and it was very nice to have my Sienna delevered to my home. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealer to all my friends. Zuhri was excellent and he is an asset to Grossinger.

we are Edukondalu and Suneetha. we like Grossinger, and we especially LOVE TY! We were very happy with our experience at Grossinger Toyota. We dealt with Ty over a week before we make a deal. He is helpful, honest, knowledgable. He is very patient with all of our questions He helped us compare all of our options by giving us thorough and helpful advice. I would definitely work with Ty again if we decide to purchase another Toyota in the future. Highly recommended. In the end, we're highly satisfied with our new car and the deal we got for it. He is the man.
We also worked with Rob ( finacial manaer) and other guy who offered Maintenace Protector for my car. They both are very nice and fast in their work.

The dealership was big clean and organized. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, and the selection of the car I was looking for also big. I ended up purchasing a new car for a reasonable price. The sale wasn't forceful and the sales team respected my needs and space. Overall a great experience.

They had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. When I bought cars from dealerships in the past, I would spend 2-3 hours with different people trying to sell me add-ons. I was out of this dealership in 1/2 hour. How refreshing. The salesman, but especially the used car sales manager was extremely friendly

I think Zuhri was very knowledgeable and focused on my needs rather than trying to sell me a particular car. I am very satisfied with the process and would recommend him to others. I only rated customer service as a 4 because it took a while for anyone to approach us or even say hello. Zuhri greeted us as soon as we reached the second floor of the dealership. When the finance department was selling extended warranties and services, never once did I feel pressured to buy now.

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
Maurice Simmons is a very pleasant sales person. As I spoke with him, I felt as though I was talking with one of my good friends. He thoroughly explained the features of the cars that I test drove and the car that I purchased. Maurice Simmons was patient with me. I had taken a test drive and said that was the car I wanted. Then we went to his desk to do the paperwork. But then I changed my mind and asked if I could test drive a different car. And without hesitation he said "sure you can". Maurice Simmons has an overall disposition to make the customers happy. Angelo Beltrano explained all of the advantages of purchasing the Ultimate Protection warranty. He didn't just say: ok this is what you get. He went a step beyond and explained how much money the Ultimate Protection could save me in the long run and how the Ultimate Protection is a great resource to keep my car looking good over a long period of time. Brandy Brooks suggested additional incentives so that I could get lower payments.

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
I am very happy with my experience and treatment at Grossinger Cityplex. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I picked Grossinger to buy my new car (a Prius) based on my experiences with Brian & Terrence over the several months of my decision process. I am a difficult customer due to indecisiveness, being very cautious in these difficult economic times, and wanting to take my time. Other dealers I went to could see this and did not want to take the time to deal with me. I highly compliment Brian for always remaining friendly and showing no signs of frustration or impatience thru the several months I took during my decision process. Brian enthusiastically kept me up to date weekly on the availability and incoming Prius’s knowing that my slow nature would probably not lead to a sale due to the cars selling before I could finalize my decision. I believe most sales people would not have endured this. Thus it was no question in my mind that when the time came to buy, it would be from Grossinger. From this point I did not considered another dealer. I finally bought my new 2010 Prius last weekend. In conclusion, I would recommend buying at Grossinger based on their staff of salespeople along with their new spacious state of the art facility.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Tommy was so helpful and told me everything I needed to know. He did not seem pushy or an unnatural speaker that just wanted to sell as much as they can. He really helped me to buy and look at the car. I was able to see the car many times and he was willing to show me the car again. I was greeted very well and the free valet service is great. I am sure to want to come back again. The building is very large and very well-maintained. My car had a repair and install job done on it and everything went fine. Bob Boyer was also very helpful explaining the money part of the car and about the optional features I wanted to install. Tommy was a very cool guy that knew what he was talking about.

Grossinger was a wonderful place to do business with. I gave them a 5 in the Customer Service Column because they went out of their way to get the exact make and model of a car I wanted and the price was great! Our salesman was great. He made the process easy and worked hard to get us what we wanted. The Grossinger City Autoplex is amazing and I look forward to utilizing their facility as we enjoy our new Toyota Highlander.

The experience at Grossinger was great! The sales staff went out of their way to make the deal work - tailoring the purchase to my specific needs. Everyone explained everything very well - which is really important when buying a hybrid vehicle if you've never owned one before. I feel very well versed on operating and caring for my new Prius. I am so impressed with the sales staff - both the sales associate and the sales manager - that I expect only the best from the service staff. They have a lot to live up to!

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I was met by friendly, courteous people. This is the first foreign car that I have purchased, but after researching and speaking with the sales department I was sold on the Toyota Highlander. The salesman was attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about the product. I feel that the deal that was negotiated was very fair. I am completely satisfied with my experience and my new vehicle.

Grossinger auto was a nice place to find a car. The place is huge, I was only over in the Toyota Area, and it was large as well. Nice range of cars to look at.

I had been to one other dealership where I was treated pretty rudely, and coming over to Grossinger, I met Maurice Simmons, who gave me all the information I asked for.

Maurice was knowledgeable and showed me the cars I wanted to look at. He went out of his way to move a couple cars to take the car I liked out for a drive. When it wasn't the right car for me, he had a list of other options ready.

I would have to say though, that the company, for having an upscale look, should look more into current technology. For example, I see on here others talk about waiting while the sales person "found the car", really? its 2010, put a gps / tracking device on every car that works in short range, setup receiver devices among the couple floors of cars and you wont have to "look around" for it.

I asked for a list of the packages on the car, and they couldn't email it to me (or chose not to).

Needless to say, I had a great experience, and would recommend anyone to visit Maurice for a simple, straight to the point, buying experience, no hassle or gimmicks.

Brian Carlson was great to work with. We came in not exactly knowing what we wanted, and he helped us not only find a car, but got us a great deal. We actually came back to look for a second time because of Brian. He followed up with us and we felt he was putting a real effort in to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. The reason we bought a car at Grossinger City Autoplex was because of him. I've already recommended him to 2 friends. He was friendly and knowledgable.

He made sure we had the best information possible and brought Ray Khouchaba in to discuss our options. Ray was fair and understood what we were looking for. He was professional and friendly. Overall, our experience was great and I would definitely buy another car with Brian, Ray, and Grossinger.

I had a very good experience with this dealership. The customer service was excellent. The sales person Zuhri was very friendly, had a good very knowledge about the product, and gave us a very good price. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

This was truly an amazing experience everyone in the dealership made me feel like I was part of the family. There has never been a time where I felt better about buying a car. The new management and sales staff is excellent and I recommend everyone I know to give Grossinger Toyota in Palatine the last shot before you buy a new or used car.
